When Google’s much-anticipated Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones debuted on October 4th, Canada was blue to discover that the special ‘Really Blue’ versions were a U.S. exclusive — at least, that seemed to be the case at first.
Thanks to some sleuthing by Android Police, however, we now know that the ‘Really Blue’ Pixels are only a temporary U.S. exclusive. According to the publication, a Google representative stated that the limited-edition device would come to other, unspecified regions at a later date.
Of course, if ‘Very Blue’ stock does go up on sale in Canada alongside the cheekily-named standards ‘Very Silver’ and ‘Quite Black,’ it’s sure to be gone in a flash. As it stands, the temporarily U.S.-exclusive colour choice is already marked as sold out on the Google Store’s American website.
