Coming off a major expansion of its First Reward loyalty program last week, Rogers has rolled out the perk nationally. According to an email we received, “On November 18, customers across Canada will be able to self-enroll for Rogers First Rewards!”
The program gives Rogers customers a certain amount of points for the dollar amount they spend per month, which can be redeemed for various Rogers services (increased minutes, specialty channels, faster internet).
The document states, “Rogers First Rewards has launched in several markets over the past few weeks, and will continue to roll out to the remaining regions until the end of November. Qualifying customers are automatically enrolled in the program when it launches in their region. Until then, all customers will be able to sign up for the Rogers First Rewards program by visiting www.rogersfirstrewards.com to start accumulating points.”
The point breakdown looks like this:
- Spend $70/month will be placed in the Silver tier, and will earn 1 point per $1 spent;
- Spend between $70 and $199/month will be placed in the Gold tier, and will earn 1.5 points per $1 spent; and
- Spend $200 or more per month will be placed in the Platinum tier, and will earn 2 points per $1 spent.
