According to an overseas report this morning, Samsung has shipped over 5 million Galaxy Note 3 smartphones within its first month. Of course, with a report like this, we don’t know how many were actually sold. JK Shin, Samsung’s CEO, stated that the response has been better than the Note 2, which shipped 3 million units in its first month.
The Note 3 launched in Canada on October 4th across a number of carriers: Rogers, Bell, TELUS, Videotron, WIND Mobile, Eastlink, MTS and SaskTel. Mobilicity promised a release, but most likely due to their pending unraveling will not bring it to their customers.
