That image above is what’s floating around the web this morning claiming to be the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note II. This looks strikingly similar to the Galaxy S III, of course with some minor tweaks. If this image it true them Samsung has decided to shed the capacitive buttons and throw in a physical home button. No indication of where the S-Pen stylus is hidden, nor what the back looks like. However, GSMArena’s sources also have confirmed some rumoured specs, namely the Super AMOLED display at 5.5-inches with a resolution of 1280 x 800, 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 8MP camera and running Android OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (Jelly Bean “is still being developed.”)
Samsung is expected to officially announce the Galaxy Note II at the upcoming IFA “Unpacked” event on August 29th.
What do you think? Real or Fake?
