LG is preparing to show some “New Revolutionary Smartphones for 2012″ at Mobile World Congress in a couple weeks. One of them for sure will be the Optimus Vu – a device they starting teasing the masses with earlier this week on YouTube. However, who needs some drawn up animation video when you can get the read deal. Unfortunately a video hasn’t surfaced, but a picture has popped up online and it shows the Vu sitting pretty right next to the Samsung Galaxy Note. You can compare its size, the Note comes in at 146.9 x 83 x 9.7 mm, so the Vu will be somewhere around this. In addition, the other known spec is that the Vu has a 5-inch display with a 4:3 aspect ratio, running Android OS 2.3. Rumoured specs of this massive LG Android have it a powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8MP camera, possibly LTE capabilities with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of ROM.
Hopefully a video shows up soon… what do you think of these 5-inch + devices?
