Huawei has a few smartphone and internet sticks in Canada, mostly on WIND Mobile, and they are usually priced really low and come with mediocre specs. There have been some progress for Huawei in smartphones, specifically the Honor and the Vision (not available in Canada), but things might change in a few months as the company has sent out invitations to a February 26th media event. This day is conveniently one day before the Mobile World Congress happens and promises that Huawei will announce their “smartest, fastest and most high-performing smartphone yet”. No other details were given, just a massive tease. It will probably leak online before this date.
