The BlackBerry Torch 9800 was released last year and will be refreshed this year with the 9810, probably launching in August. Bell currently has this on the road map and if you wand to check out how they compare you should check out the video after the break. TechnoBuffalo got their hands on a pre-release version of the 9810 and put together a decent 15 minutes overview. Specs of the 9810 are dramatically increased as it comes with BlackBerry 7 OS (running v7.0.0.123), 1.2GHz single-core processor, 3.2-inch touchscreen (same as before) and has the familiar QWERTY keyboard slider (physical keyboard is apparently easier to use). Watching the video shows both devices looking almost identical, except for the backing is made of hard plastic but has a chrome/silver colour… but the real question is with all the spec improvements and new OS will you buy it?
