For those not familiar with “BTO”, it’s an online resource allows the owner to sell, buy or rent their property without the use of an real estate agent… saving you a whack load of money because there is no commision to hand out.
They’ve jumped on the mobile bandwagon and released a free iPhone app where you can view the listing on their site. Once you see a property you like you can view the listing with a description of the property, see exterior and interior photos, asking price, street directions and the contact info.
