Google updated its Chrome browser for Android this week, bringing conversational voice search.

Like Google Now for iOS and Android, this feature — introduced with a new codebase, version 27 — lets users speak their search queries into a box positioned just above the keyboard.

It’s a simple change that feels well integrated into the app, giving users yet another reason to choose Google’s popular browser over the default, mobile Safari.

Google has also recently been integrating links between its own iOS apps, allowing Gmail or Search users to open links directly in Chrome.
