While some Canadians who pre-ordered have been lucky to receive their Galaxy S4, most are patiently waiting for stock arrive in carriers stores. The Galaxy S4 will be on every Canadian carriers device lineup – Rogers, Bell, TELUS, Fido, Virgin, Koodo, WIND, Mobilicity, Videotron, SaskTel, Eastlink and MTS – and Samsung Canada stated last week that “Due to overwhelming global demand of Samsung GALAXY S4, the initial supply may be limited. We expect to fulfill inventory to meet demands in the coming weeks.”

Some carriers stated the device will be available on May 3rd, but we’re hearing availability will be in full form by May 10th. Earlier this week Mobilicity declared on Twitter that “shipments have been temporarily delayed and we expect it to arrive by early next week.” In addition, WIND Mobile customers have been notified that they will be waiting “just a bit longer.” In an email blast, WIND said that “due to unforeseen circumstances there has been a delay with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S4” and “our delivery of this iconic device was not processed in time to accommodate our original launch date. We’re hoping that Samsung can fulfill our order soon.”

The Galaxy S4 ranges in price from $199.99 on a 3-year to $700 outright.
