Last night Samsung Canada posted a note on Twitter and Facebook that gave notice of the long-awaited upgrade to Jelly Bean was coming “over the next few days” for Bell Galaxy S II users. We’ve received a number of tips today that OS 4.1.2 has found its way to both Bell and Virgin GSII’s. This is probably a phase rollout, but if you have the Galaxy S II you might want to check your device: Menu >> Settings >> About device >> Software update >> Update.
