Koodo Mobile recently released their Android and BlackBerry “Self Serve” app. This basically gives customers quick access to view and make changes to their account on the go. They promised an iOS app would soon follow and for those users who have a device running 4.0 or later can now go forth and download. The app is at version 1.0.0, only 2.4 MB in size and has the same features as the other platforms:
– Monitor your data, text or voice usage
– Check your account balance
– Make a payment
– Add, remove or change your add-ons
– Manage your Five Essentials list
– Get help on the go without having to wait on hold
– Stay up-to-date on the latest phones, promos
