BlackBerry 10 “Aristo” specs leak online: 4.65-inch touchscreen, quad-core, LTE, 2GB RAM

RIM is expected to be releasing two new BlackBerry 10 devices “early 2013.” First will be an all-touch, followed by a physical QWERTY/touch device. RIM previously noted that their full touch devices will have a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 (16:9), and the physical keyboard devices will sport a resolution of 720 x720 (1:1). Over the past few months these devices have internally been called the L-Series and the N-Series, but a new A-Series device name has popped up with the codename of “Aristo.” Here’s the quad-core LTE goodness:

There’s no word on when this device will come to market, but hopefully it’s true. RIM is expected to launch a total of six BlackBerry 10 devices this year.
