Chatr Wireless, Rogers uber discount brand, has released another touchscreen device – their 3rd in three months. The Nokia C2-02 is also called “The Appeal” and will cost you $85 outright. The design looks very reminiscent of the once popular Palm Pre, but only has a T9 sliding keyboard and not a QWERTY. C. As for specs, this has a 2.6-inch display, 2.0 megapixel camera and pre-loaded with Nokia Maps, Facebook and Twitter.
