Corus has launched a new streaming service in Canada called Vivéo, and it’s focused entirely on French-language content.

Available now as a Prime Video Channel for $4.99/month, Vivéo has a diverse catalogue of more than 200 series and films spanning genres like drama, documentary, lifestyle and animation.

This programming includes:

  • French‑language originals from Séries Plus and Historia, including Annie & Joey, Bête noire, Anticosti, Steak, blé d’Inde, patates and Crimes du Nord, along with new titles from these networks the day after they come to cable
  • Adult Swim series like Rick and Morty, Smiling Friends, Common Side Effects, and Robot Chicken
  • International hits from various genres, including Nightsleeper, Murder in a Small Town, Catch Me a Killer, Rust Valley Restorers, American Pickers, Big Food Bucket List, Fire Masters and Rock Solid Builds
  • Kids’ classics and fan favourites from Warner Bros. Animation and the DC animated universe, including Batman, Teen Titans Go!, DC Super Hero Girls, Tom and Jerry, Scooby-Doo, Looney Tunes Cartoons and Animaniacs

While Vivéo is only available through Prime for now, Corus says it plans to partner with “additional services” in the coming months as part of a wider goal to become “a leading destination for French-language content across Canada.” In the meantime, you can subscribe to Vivéo through Prime Video.
