Frequent Apple Store visitors will want to check out the updated Apple Store iOS app.
Version 3.3 of the app adds two new features that promise to make the experience of purchasing an Apple product on one’s iPhone more secure.
It’s now possible to use Touch ID for a variety of tasks within the app, including looking at orders, accessing EasyPay receipts and making reservations at a local Apple Store.
The company has also added support for two-step authentication. However, at present this functionality is limited to placing orders.
The Apple Store app is available to download for free on the App Store.
Apple previously updated the app a month ago to add support for the Apple Watch.
