This all but confirms Bell’s upcoming store openings in Winnipeg, Manitoba soon. Last week a job posting surfaced that indicated several retail locations will finally come to the province, but now Bell has boldly stated on their website that “an incredible superphone lineup” is “coming soon.” We’ve also been informed that when they do go live – possibly as early as August 1st – Bell will be implementing some “aggressive plans” to bring in new subscribers.
No LTE coverage just yet, but Bell notes that “you’ll stay connected on a network that covers 69% of Manitoba’s population, and you’ll enjoy access to the largest coast-to-coast 4G network, covering over 97% of the Canadian population. You can access maximum speeds of up to 42 Mbps (expected average download speeds of 7 – 14 Mbps) on the Bell 4G network.”
