The LG Bliss is all set to launch at Bell on August 7th. The dummy phones have arrived and also a full spec sheet. This touchscreen will be available on the following price plans: 3-year contract: $79.95; 2-year contract: $129.95; 1-year contract: $229.95 and Outright/Prepaid: $279.95.
