The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G will be launching at Rogers soon, confirmation of this tablet appeared in an internal doc a few weeks ago. This is powered by Android OS 3.1 Honeycomb and has the TouchWiz over top, a 1Ghz dual-core processor, 10.1-inch display (1280×800), 3 megapixel camera in the back, 2 megapixel front-facing camera… and according to this doc it shows the suggested retail price is $599.99. We’re still waiting on a confirmed launch date but hear it’s coming up within the next few weeks.
