Rogers expected to bring Lollipop to Moto G LTE and Moto X (2013) in April

The Lollipop updates have been flowing for Canadian users, most recently hitting the Samsung Galaxy S5 earlier this week. Today brings good news for Rogers customers using Motorola’s Moto X or Moto G LTE. The carrier has updated its device OS update schedule to indicate April is the tentative date for rollout to the aforementioned phones.

As stated before, Rogers notes that “exact version may be different by device” and “release dates are subject to change.” Android 5.0.2 Lollipop arrived last month for first-generation Moto G users on Virgin, TELUS, Koodo, Videotron, and WIND. Unlocked retail devices have also received the update.
