Fan Expo Canada is set to host what’s being billed as the “world’s largest-ever Resident Evil reunion.”
The news was confirmed on Instagram by Toronto actress Alyson Court, who starred as Claire Redfield in numerous Resident Evil games, including 2 and Code Veronica.

In her post, Court revealed that the reunion will feature a huge gathering of Resident Evil cast and crew in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the beloved Capcom survival horror series. A lot of people don’t know that the voice acting for most of Capcom’s older games, including Resident Evil, was recorded in Canada, so this Toronto reunion is rather fitting.
Most notably, the event even includes a few actors who, as Court notes, have never done public appearances before: Sally Cahill (Ada Wong from the original Resident Evil 2 and 4), Riva Di Paola (Rebecca Chambers from Resident Evil Zero) and Richard Waugh (Albert Wesker in Code Veronica, Zero and 4). Court also teased that alongside them (and herself, of course), the reunion will feature Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine and Leon Kennedy actors.
The reunion will take place at Trepidation Comics’ booth. A panel will be held on Friday, August 28, and the actors will also be signing at the booth that day and Sunday, August 30. More announcements are “coming soon,” per the video.
Fan Expo hasn’t yet published its full programming schedule, but the pop-culture show takes place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from August 27 to August 30. Tickets are available online, with discounted advanced pricing ending at midnight on August 12.
The Resident Evil cast is a solid get for Fan Expo Canada 2026, which has already secured a strong lineup of gaming actors. Others include Clair Obscur: Expedition 33‘s Jennifer English and Ben Starr (Maelle and Verso), Halo stars Steve Downes and Jennifer Taylor (Master Chief and Cortana), God of War‘s Christopher Judge (Kratos), Red Dead Redemption II‘s Roger Clark (Arthur) and Toronto’s own Michael Ironside (Splinter Cell‘s Sam Fisher).
