Today Microsoft released a preview of its new “Messaging Everywhere” feature in an update to the Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview. The feature allows users to sync their Windows 10 phone with a Windows 10 PC in order to send and receive SMS messages through the computer.
In its blog post announcing the update, Microsoft also noted that Skype integration with the messaging app had been removed in favour of the forthcoming Universal Windows Platform (UWP) Skype app, which insiders will soon be able to preview.
In addition, the preview version of Cortana has added support for Spanish, Portuguese and French.
