Google+ for tablets has been a long time coming and today the software has been updated to take advantage of larger screens. Specially designed for the new Nexus 7, but will work great on all Android tabs, the interface is fluid and accessible, and gives that image-centric content from the last update extra room to shine.
Google Events have also been incorporated into the app, with the interesting-sounding Party Mode for sharing moments, photos and video with friends before, during and after an event. Check after the break for a brief demo of Google Events — they have the potential to disrupt Facebook’s ubiquitous invitation platform.
