The wait is almost over for those wanting to grab hold of the iDen Motorola i1. TELUS will be officially releasing this Android device on their Mike Network on October 12th from what we hear $299.99. Specs have this running Android OS 1.5 with a 3.1-inch touchscreen display (resolution of 320×480), push-to-talk capabilities, 5.0 megapixel camera, WiFi, GPS and holds up to 32GB with a micro SD card.
