Evernote Hello for iPhone gets big update, now even cooler

Evernote Hello is a fantastic concept hampered by a culture in which it is rude to ask, unseemly to pry. But it works because it allows us to remember people in a more natural way.

The idea is simple: when meeting someone new, open the app and give a big of detail about him or her. You can enter the information yourself or give your phone to the other person. They can take a photo or three using the front-facing camera and, once finished, the app records where you are and what you’re doing.

Today’s update improves upon things immensely by speeding up input, choosing existing contacts from your contact list and searching for them once they’re entered in the app.

There are a number of other awesome improvements, which can be spied at the Evernote Blog.

Download Evernote Hello, if you haven’t already, from the App Store. Check after the break for a video example of the app.
