Who’s ready for the BlackBerry Classic? If you’re interested in this upcoming BlackBerry 10 device and want to know all the specifications, then you probably want to watch John Chen and Co. unveil it on December 17th. BlackBerry has announced it will be live streaming the event from New York and is scheduled to begin at 10:00am (EST).
The Classic is heading to several Canadian carriers, including Rogers, Bell, Virgin and SaskTel. The two-year contract price is tipped to be $49.99. As for specs, the Classic sports a 3.5-inch display with a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4, 2GB of RAM, an 8MP camera, a 2MP camera in the front, and a a 2515mAh battery. It runs on BB10 and, of course, has that all-important hardware keyboard and the “belt” row of function keys (call, menu, trackpad, back, and end buttons).
