Bell to officially release the Samsung Galaxy S II 4G in Canada


It’s official. Bell will be releasing the Samsung Galaxy S II in Canada, but calling it the GALAXY S II 4G. In a press release this morning Bell stated that it’ll be available “in the coming weeks” but we can register for updates on their dedicated site (rumours are the launch date is July 14th). This Galaxy S II 4G specs are impressive: runs Android OS 2.3 Gingerbread, has a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 1.2Ghz dual-core processor and 1GB RAM, 8 megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording… you can check out our full “first impressions” here.

In addition, we’ve put a few pics of the Bell Galaxy S II 4G below, along with a couple accessories that will be available: Desktop Dock (has charging port, 3.5mm jack, speakers, volume rocker), plus the Galaxy S II Power Pack that gives an extra 1300mAh capacity. No word on prices for the accessories
