Chatr says that “talking and texting will never be dull on this sparkling flip phone”… it’s true as it’s available in a stunning silver. This flip is as basic a phone you can get these days with a VGA camera, 2-inch display with a resolution of 176 x 220, Bluetooth and FM radio. All this wound up in a $60 no-contract price point.
