RIM is poised to show the world their new BlackBerry 10 OS on January 30th, 2013. They’ll be holding various media events in Toronto, London, New York, Paris, Dubai and Johannesburg. It should certainly be an exciting time and one that will rejuvenate the company back to the limelight. What’s more important is on that date RIM will finally unveil their newest BlackBerry smartphone – an all touch beast that will be LTE-enabled and have a display resolution of 1280 x 768.
To-date this device has been known as the L-Series, but if the newest leak is correct – from reputable EVLeaks who informed the world of Nokia’s Lumia 920 and 820 – then RIM will be coming to market and naming their first BlackBerry 10 powered device the “BlackBerry Z10.” There’s also information that two colours will be available at launch, coming in both black and white.
Z10 name has a nice flow to it. Could be true. Could be false. Everything will reveal itself in 40 days.
