Entry-level. That’s Chatr Wireless for you. The uber sub-brand of Rogers has released a couple new devices at an incredibly low price. The LG Optimus L3 will run you $125, runs OS 2.3 Gingerbread, has a 3.2-inch touchscreen display and a 3MP camera. The LG C195 brings back the late 1990’s as it has a full QWERTY keyboard with 4-way directional pad and a 2MP camera, with a $90 price tag.
