HTC is gearing up to announce its latest smartphone, the rumoured One A9, later today. This mid-range phone is expected to be run Android 6.0, and will reportedly come with either a Snapdragon 617 or 620 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 5-inch 1080p display, 13-megapixel main camera and a 4-megapixel front-facing camera.
In a recent interview, HTC Chairwoman Cher Wang stated her company’s latest smartphone will “strike a balance between beauty, performance and simplicity.”
The company also said it will not hold a traditional launch event, opting instead to stream the unveiling exclusively through YouTube. The “Be Brilliant” live event will start at 12:00pm EDT. You can watch the proceedings unfold below.
