There are a ton of games coming to the Apple Arcade subscription service over the next few months, including the Canadian-made SpongeBob: Patty Pursuit 2.
In this side-scrolling underwater adventure, SpongeBob and Plankton must work together to find the missing Krusty Krab fry cook station and some of Plankton’s missing inventions. Since you can play as both characters, there’s even local co-op, allowing you to play with a friend.
This game is scheduled to release on Dec. 4 and will be compatible with all Apple devices, including the Vision Pro and Apple TV.
Other game releases include the soothing PowerWash simulator, which has been a hit on PC and will surely be a ton of fun on mobile. To be clear, this is PowerWash Simulator 1 from 2022, not the sequel that just released at the tail end of October. This game is also expected Dec. 4.
There’s also a new game called Glassbreakers: Champions of Moss coming Nov. 13 for the Vision Pro only, and it looks to be one of the most interesting mixed reality strategy games out so far.
Other than those, subscribers can expect Subway Surfers without ads, Cult of the Lamb and a new Naruto 3D fighting game. Both of these are also expected on Dec. 4.
Apple Arcade is the company’s gaming subscription service and costs $8.99 per month or can be bundled into various Apple One Memeberships with cloud storage, Apple TV and more.
