More than 25 million players have signed up for Apex Legends in a week, with the game at one point having more than two million gamers playing at once.
Along with the announcement of hitting 25 million players, Respawn also shared more information about its upcoming plans for the battle royale game.
First off, the company revealed its ‘Twitch Rivals Apex Legends Challenge.’ These are events that will take place today, Tuesday the 12th and Tuesday the 19th. The event will feature 48 of the biggest Twitch streamers competing live in Apex Legends.

Respawn has also revealed information regarding upcoming Valentine’s Day themed loot set to arrive later this week.
Further, the developer reminded players about Apex Legends’ upcoming first Battle Pass that includes new Legends, weapons and loot.
Apex Legends is a battle royale game available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
