Official Wikipedia iPhone app released

Wikipedia (the free encyclopedia) has officially released their iPhone app (Check it out here: iTunes Link). There have been other Wiki apps in the past but the Wikimedia Foundation says on the App description they are “working on making the absolute best Wikipedia app out there”.

Just like the web version, the app is 100% open source and driven by the community. The app is only compatible with iPhone OS 3.0 or later.
