CCTS gets new boss (Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services)
Howard Maker has been named the head of the CCTS (Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services). This independent agency that was set up last year to deal with all the consumer and business complaints regarding the Canadian Telecom sector.
