You can’t get much cheaper than this for a smartphone; you’ll pay $200 for the Sony Xperia M from Virgin Mobile and Bell. The device has a 4-inch 854×480 pixel display, a 5MP camera that shoots 720p HD videos, a 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 1700 mAh battery and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
While the Xperia M comes in multiple colours in other countries, only the black version will be available in Canada. But $200 outright or $0 on a 2-year is a solid price for this entry-level Android.
