Apple will kick off its annual Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) today with a keynote detailing major upgrades coming to the company’s various operating systems.
If you want to watch along, Apple will livestream the keynote in a few places. It will start at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET today, and you can watch it on Apple’s website or via the Apple TV app. Further, Apple will stream the event on YouTube.
Apple is expected to announce iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, tvOS 27, and visionOS 27 during the keynote. Each new operating system will include several new features. Rumours point to major Siri improvements — maybe we’ll finally get that smarter Siri Apple promised years ago — and likely other AI additions.
We may also see further upgrades to the ‘Liquid Glass’ design Apple introduced at last year’s WWDC, along with other performance and stability updates to the company’s software. And with rumours of a foldable iPhone coming this year, we could get a glimpse at some of the work Apple is doing to make its software work with foldable displays.
There’s likely a lot more coming that we don’t know about, so expect some surprises as well. Is there something you’re hoping for from WWDC this year? Maybe a long-awaited iPhone feature, or a fix for that annoying iPad bug? Sound off in the comments below and let us know what you’re looking forward to.
And for those who can’t tune in to the livestream, MobileSyrup will cover all the major announcements live. You can follow along on our homepage or keep an eye on WWDC-specific news as we publish throughout the afternoon.
