BlackBerry will be launching a total of 6 BlackBerry 10 devices this year. We’ve already been graced with the all-touch BlackBerry Z10, and coming in April will be the QWERTY/Touch BlackBerry Q10. Thorsten Heins, CEO of BlackBerry, was quoted a couple weeks ago saying that their next flagship device might come by the holiday season and “takes BlackBerry 10 to another level in terms of the user experience.” This could be the rumoured quad-core “Aristo” smartphone.

The BlackBerry Z10 has a 4.2-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 768, while the upcoming BlackBerry Q10 has a 3.2-inch display with a 720 x 720 resolution. BlackBerry declared that both these screen resolution will be also used for future BlackBerry 10 devices. A new leak has surfaced online that shows a picture of the 2013/2014 roadmap for BlackBerry 10 devices.

First up is a tablet coming to market in the Q3/Q4 timeframe – this could be the 10-inch BlackBerry PlayBook, or the PlayBook being simply updated to the BB10 OS. Next up are a couple handsets. The “U10” looks to be larger version of the Z10. This could be a ‘phablet’ BlackBerry 10 device with a significantly reduced bezel. Following up in Q2 2014 period is a larger QWERTY/touch called the “R10.” If true, both of these smartphones will come in the usual black and white colours.

This image was just posted on an anonymous Twitter account so there’s a tremendous amount of skepticism, but larger displays on future BB10 devices are completely realistic. Time will tell…

Update: This is a big fake. More here.
