Best Buy has unreleased Touch Pro2 available for $249.99

telus-bb-touch-pro2Earlier in the week we saw our buddies over at Best Buy put the unreleased HTC Snap online for a smashing price of $29.99. Today they have one-upped themselves and helped the TELUS leakage continue.

The HTC Touch Pro2 is yet to be released by TELUS, but this hasn’t stopped Best Buy from putting this as “This product is only available in-store”! The price plans they show are the 3-year contract for $249.99 and the outright price for $649.99.

In addition, what’s completely odd is the image they provide, looks almost square like in shape. We’ve played with this over the past week and can confirm that it looks nothing like that. Anyway, hopefully TELUS will release this soon.

    1. The HT2 image is just fine, it’s the web app that squishes it, download the image and see,

    3. If you guys are considering buying it you may want to check out the Cellphone booth at Costco -when- it is officially released.

The discounts on phones at Costco can be as high as $100.

    5. Note to self: Do not trust people on the forums.

Some guy on Howardforums told everyone that this phone would be $549.99, and that it would come out on July 21st. He probably started all the rumors. ARGGHHHHH

    6. Actually… $249 is probably with contract so the information which someone recieved is probably correct. The out of contract price should be roughly $549 and the rumor about the 21st was actually true – it got delayed!

I am hearing next week… the day to be exact is unknown.

    7. It wasn’t a rumor at all. Telus’ internal team store page had that as the full price. It may have changed, or best buy could be wrong, or both.

      It definitely wasn’t a lie

    9. I spoke to a telus rep,
he said the the phone was 549 outright and available next week,
I was hoping for this week, I got a pearl instead, now I’ll return it and get the tp2 when it comes out.

    11. I think the TP2 might come out today because the Telus site said that they are making some “improvements” today. This could mean they’re releasing the TP2, or there just fixing up some stuff on the site…
