Bell and Virgin – and most likely TELUS – have turned on their LTE network in 3 regions across Canada. If you live, or are visiting, North Bay (Ontario), Saguenay (Quebec) and Summerside (PEI) then you’ll get both fast download and upload speeds – average is between 12Mbps to 30Mbps.

Bell’s LTE network now reaches about 70% of the Canadian population, which is approximately 24 million people.
