New wireless entrant Public Mobile is moving ahead in launching their network with a targeted December availability. They will offer a flat rate $40 unlimited talk and text plan to those in Ontario and Quebec.

This specific app is already a been noted as a Webby Award Honoree on BlackBerry devices and is the first of many Android based apps coming from them. MTS Q3 results: Revenues up 7.3% and subscribers grow to 451,916

MTS has reported their Q3 2009 results and even though Pierre Blouin, MTS CEO, said “Our third quarter results reflect the continued impact of economic challenges facing Canada’s business market”… you would never know it from looking at their wireless business.
