After jumping the gun a couple of weeks ago, Nokia Canada has rolled out the Windows Phone 8.1 Cyan update for the Lumia 1020 on Rogers and TELUS.
There are a number of new features that will “make it even more personal, fun, and indispensable part of your everyday life.” Lumia Cyan brings a slew of enhancements to your Windows Phone, such as Nokia Camera, Creative Studio, Word Flow, Action Centre, Device Hub, an additional column of Live Tiles on your Start screen, and more. Unfortunately, Cortana, Microsoft’s new voice and text-activated assistant, will come in the next release, which is currently available as a developer preview.
For those wanting to update, press Settings –> Phone Update –> Check for Updates and it should be there waiting for you.
