A new Huawei smartphone has arrived in Canada and while it does not live up to the greatness of the 6P, it’s affordable and comes equipped with respectable technical specs.
This smartphone is a Rogers “Staff Pick” and, as previously reported, the GR5 comes with a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 pixel display, Android 5.1 (Lollipop), powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor, 3000mAh battery, 13 megapixel camera, 5 megapixel front-facing camera has an 88-degree shooting range, as well as a fingerprint sensor.
The phone’s overall design follows a direction that’s similar to the Nexus 6P. With Rogers, the Huawei GR5 costs $0 on a 2-year term or $375 outright. The Huawei GR5 is also known as the Honor 5X.
