Amazon is now offering Canadian Prime subscribers something other than free two-day shipping.
Users will now be able to take advantage of unlimited photo storage inside the company’s Cloud Drive locker, which allows users to store up to 5GB of files for free. Amazon won’t count photo uploads towards that limit for Prime members.
This is the first value add for Canadian Prime users, used to seeing their American counterparts gain access to free music, movies, TV shows and more.
Amazon has iOS, Android, Kindle and Windows apps for the service, as well as an HTML5-based web interface for Mac users. Subscribers can set the app to automatically upload in the background over either WiFi or cellular, and the iOS version just today received an update to support the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus screen.
