The service launched in Canada only recently, but they’re done a lot to promote independent music in the country through concerts and sponsorships. The company is announcing today that its catalogue has bloomed to over 18 million tracks with the addition of CD Baby and TuneCore libraries. Both labels promote independent music from around the world. According to Rdio, over 18,000 Canadian musicians have been added to the service through CD Baby.
