Late last week we confirmed that the HTC ChaCha was en route to Canada and destined for TELUS. Today, it seems like the other “Facebook” friendly phone by HTC will also come to Canadian shores. The Salsa has now arrived on the HTCSense.com Canadian section. No word yet on which carrier will be picking this up but the major difference between the two devices is that the Salsa is a touchscreen device, while the ChaCha comes with a full QWERTY keyboard.
The prominent Facebook button gives you one touch access where you can do all things Facebook and upload pics and video directly from your device. In addition, the Salsa runs Android OS 2.3 Gingerbread, has a 800 MHz processor, 5 megapixel with a VGA front facing camera and Wi-Fi.
Looks like all the back-to-school devices are all coming together.
