SaskTel increases prices for their Prepaid service

sasktel-changesSaskTel has increased the rates of a couple of charges to their prepaid offerings. They will introduce “an $8 monthly charge for Prepaid Cellular service, an increase in pay-per-use text messaging from $0.15 to $0.20 per message sent, the introduction of an International Text Messaging charge and an increase in the wireless directory assistance from $1.25 to $2.00 including call completion.”

Robert Watson, SaskTel President and CEO said about the price increases that “SaskTel Prepaid Cellular customers have access to a state-of-the-art network around the clock and will still have the lowest monthly cost for service compared to the other prepaid cellular service providers in the Saskatchewan market”.Bring on the new carriers!  More here at SaskTel
