Video: Rogers HSPA+ launch party announcement

Rogers announced the pre-order availability of their HPSA+ network and we had a sneak peak of how fast this will actually be. You’ll be able to get yourself a ZTE MF 668 device that has frequency of 85-/1900/2100Mhz… this will officially start shipping September 28th and the plans will be the same as what we can get today. Also, the roll-out has been set live in the following cities: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.

Check out the video of the Roger presentation – we’ll do a review shortly. The new Rocket Stick will be sold for $74.99 on a minimum two-year data plan, or sold for $199.99 outright.

    2. hi,
lets hope that this will be cheaper plans (i.e. 6gb for $30 for iphone, or 15gb $60 in hong kong), if not there will not be big sells. also with 4g coming , this usb will be not be able to support the 4g, that means there will be more upgrades again in next year. we in canada need cheaper mobile/internet rates, if rogers can do that then they will increase their customer base
