Nokia took to their corporate blog this morning and said they’ll have a BIG announcement tomorrow. No indication of what it could be, only stating that “We can’t tell you what it is yet. But we can tell you when. Tune in tomorrow at 9am UK time.” An image showing what seems to be the back of an orange/red looking tablet, maybe a phablet, with a prominent Nokia logo.
Nokia has been long rumoured to launch a Windows tablet – dating back to early 2012 – but a couple weeks back Nokia UK’s Ray Haddow said that Microsoft and Nokia have been “working even closer” and that we’ll see new collaborative efforts in the near future. Perhaps a new tablet is forthcoming.
