A few weeks ago we let you know that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 LTE was heading towards Canadian soil this summer. We can now confirm that this 8-inch tablet will make an appearance on Bell’s device lineup on July 11th. According to an internal doc we received shows the price will come in at $549.95 outright.

As for specs, the Galaxy Note 8.0 will only come in white, runs Android OS 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, has an 8-inch display with a 1280×800 resolution), S Pen, 1.6 GHz Exynos quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 5MP camera with a 1.3MP front-facing camera, 4,600mAh battery, 16 GB Internal Storage (can hold up to 64GB with a microSD card).

TELUS is scheduled to launch the Note 8.0 LTE as well – and probably Rogers – and you can bank on this arriving on their network on the same date.

We’ll have more info soon!
(Thanks tipster!)

If anyone is in Metro Vancouver and wants this as their phone and are on Bell there is a place in Richmond that can do that.

I almost believed this until I saw the model code. It’s suppose to read SGH-i467M. I hope it does show up soon.
